How It Works

  1. Review & Submit Our Agreement: Make sure items meet our brand & quality guidelines. Complete the agreement →
  2. Prepare Your Items: Fold items into a bag you don’t need returned. No hangers, tubs, or boxes please.
  3. Drop Off (Appointment Optional): Walk in 11–6 or book a time.
  4. Acceptance Email: We’ll confirm accepted items. Others may be picked up or donated.
  5. Pricing & Account Access: About a week later you’ll get pricing + portal login to track sales.
  6. Get Paid: Choose store credit (+10% bonus) or cash out by Venmo, PayPal, or check.

What condition do items need to be in?
Items must be freshly washed/cleaned, odor-free, and in excellent condition with no stains, holes, pilling, or missing buttons.

How long do you keep items?
Our consignment period is season-based with periodic markdowns. We’ll email you if anything needs to be returned. See full details in our Consignment Agreement.
How do payouts work?
Choose store credit (+10% bonus) or cash out via Venmo, PayPal, or check. You can request payouts anytime from your consignor portal.
What happens to unaccepted or expired items?
You may pick them up within the stated window or opt to donate them to local charities we support.
