How It Works

  1. Complete the Agreement (required): Start here so we have you in our system and you can review current terms.

  2. Prep your items: Clean, odor-free, and ready to sell. Fold into a bag you don’t need back. No hangers, tubs, or boxes, please.
  3. Drop off (appointment optional): Walk in daily 11–6, or book a time.
  4. Acceptance email: We’ll confirm what we’re taking. Anything unaccepted can be picked up or donated (your choice).
  5. Pricing + portal access: About a week later, you’ll get pricing + your login so you can track sales in real time.
  6. Get paid: Choose store credit (+10% bonus) or request payout via Venmo or PayPal.

Not local to Portland? We offer mail-in consignment for approved items. Submit an Item Inquiry first — once approved, we’ll email you a free prepaid shipping label.

What condition do items need to be in?
Items should be freshly washed/cleaned, odor-free, and in excellent condition — no stains, holes, heavy pilling, or missing buttons.
Which brands sell best?
Start with Favorite Brands. Timeless, current, and high-quality pieces do best.
How long do you keep items?
Our standard consignment period is approximately 120 days, with scheduled markdowns that typically increase around 30-day intervals. Full details are always in the Consignment Agreement.
How do payouts work?
  • Items under $500 → 40%
  • Items $500+ → 60%

What happens to unaccepted or expired items?
You can pick them up, or opt to donate them to local organizations we support. 
Do I need to review the contract each time?
Yes — we occasionally update terms and details, so we always recommend reviewing the Consignment Agreement each time you consign.
