One of the best parts of running Modo Boutique is being right in the middle of Portland’s Alberta Arts District. Our street is full of color, creativity, and community—it’s the kind of place where you can pop in for a quick errand and end up staying the whole afternoon.

  • Proud Mary – Hands down one of our favorite brunch spots. The coffee is incredible and the menu is worth the wait.
  • Bollywood Theater – Flavorful Indian street food with a Portland twist. We can’t resist the kati rolls.

  • Last Thursday on Alberta – The whole street comes alive with art, music, food carts, and performances during the summer. If you haven’t been, it’s a must.

We feel lucky to share a block with so many inspiring businesses. Supporting local shops, restaurants, and makers keeps the Alberta Arts District the vibrant, creative place that it is.
